Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed and the digital product is delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after download/access.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided once the digital product has been:
- Downloaded, or
- Accessed in any form
Exception (Rare Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The product file is corrupted, or
- The product is not accessible even after support assistance
